All our sweet pouches, tubs and boxes are made to order and may contain a wide variety of ingredients. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

Allergens that may be present (not limited to): Milk, Wheat (Gluten), Soya, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Sulphites.

Products are packed in a facility that handles all major allergens.

  • Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Best before: Marked on the pouch/tub/box at packing.

Are any products guaranteed allergen-free?

No. Because our products are made to order and packed in a facility that handles all major allergens, we cannot guarantee the absence of any allergen.

Can you make a custom mix for my allergy?

We can try to avoid specific sweets if you contact us before ordering, but cross-contamination risk remains. We’ll always be honest about suitability.

Do you label allergens on the package?

Yes — allergens are listed in bold on our pouch/tub/box labels, alongside storage and best-before information.
